Abstract :
In order to survive in today´s competition intensive market, the enterprises should streamline their business processes and improve them constantly. In the paper, the way to design cooperative agents for business process management is introduced. In this method, as the first step, business process models are identified and designed. By decomposing the process model, the agent model can be generated and the enactment of business processes is achieved through the cooperation among agents. The case study and a prototype system are also introduced in the paper.
