Abstract :
Logistics demand is an important factor of deciding the development policy of logistics industry and plan and construction of the logistics park. According to the actual situation in Heilongjiang province and the raw data analysis of railway freight volume in recent year, this paper built the grey forecast mode and provides the theory reference for the government to plan the development of logistics.
