  • Abstract
    Dynamic response speed of multi-phase VRM can be improved by integrated magnetic technology. This paper presents multi-phase coupled array integrated magnetic structure which constituted by multiple cores, and this structure apply to four-phase non-isolation interleaving VRM, and analyzes the relation between improve VRM´s performance and the coupling coefficient of magnetic components, the improvement of VRM´s performance include improving converter´s dynamic response speed and decrease steady-state current ripple. This paper analyzes reluctance of coupled magnetic core yoke impact on the parameter of integrated magnetic and optimizes design of array magnetic-integration. Then we carry out the simulation from perspective of magnetic and circuit. This paper presents the design method of integrated magnetic though the impact of integrated magnetic´ asymmetric parameter on VRM´s performance. Finally, theory analyze and simulation results be showed correctness by the experimental results of prototype.
