Abstract
The transmission property of the nonmagnetic media with a hyperbolic dispersion relation is investigated. It is shown that the high directive transmission can be observed even in the presence of the material loss. Since the media we discussed can be fabricated in optical frequency, our result may find some application in novel optical devices
