  • Abstract
Islanding protection is a necessity for grid-connected inverters in distributed generation systems. Diversified anti-islanding algorithms have been developed for the single-unit grid-connected inverter system in the past few decades. However, few literatures demonstrate a clear verification of the effectiveness under the multi-inverter circumstance. The objective of this paper is to present a novel anti-islanding algorithm based on the negative sequence disturbance for multiple three-phase grid-connected inverters without non-detection zone. The performance of the proposed method based on time-domain simulation in the MATLAB/Simulink environment is presented under the IEEE Std.1547 anti-islanding test configuration. And the results verify the effectives of the proposed method for multi-inverter systems.
