Abstract
Adaptive technology is proposed to enhance the capability for OFDM Systems. Dichotomy combining the Lagrange-multiplier method is the optimal bit allocation algorithm to estimate the value of ¿. That algorithm has a good convergence in general, but it becomes very low when the target ¿ is far from the center of the estimating interval of ¿. This paper presents a fast convergence self-adaptive bit allocation algorithm based on Lagrange-multiplier method for OFDM Systems. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has faster convergence than Dichotomy.
