Abstract :
As a method of external diagnosis for vacuum circuit breakers, X-ray projection technology has been applied. This new method of high accuracy projection 3 dimensional image processing technology using X-ray CT method is described. It detects more accurately and more quickly the condition of the interior by application of X-rays
