Abstract :
Given the continued advancement of technology in the Health Care Institutions in recent years has contributed significantly to improving quality of life of the world population, however the management of this technology does not come with the same rate of investment, efficiency, productivity, among others. Even though the above mentioned challenges before the health manager, what are the viable alternatives in the management of health technology in the world today?
