Abstract :
This paper accomplish in-situ dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) on aqueous solutions at room temperature, and at high magnetic field of 9.2 Tesla, to enhance high resolution NMR signals. For this purpose a 400 MHz Bruker NMR spectrometer was extended with a quasi-optical setup (QOS) including a DNP probehead in which a sample under investigation is placed, and a microwave bridge operating at 260 GHz. The setup is designed for CW EPR measurements, and for pumping of electron spin transitions of the sample.
