Abstract :
A new multiple-criteria method (new fuzzy ORESTE multicriteria analysis method) for ranking actions with uncertain evaluations is presented. The uncertain evaluations are modeled by fuzzy numbers, and implied in Iran Telecommunication Research Center (ITRC) for evaluation of its departments. As indexes for evaluation is a key point of comparison, the criteria of department evaluation in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Research Centers is extracted by a modified balance score card (MBSC). An illustrative example shows the application of the method to a ground water management system.
