Abstract
In the problem of interference waves receiving systems for recording and processing are important. To process the received information it is necessary to select the frequency characteristics (FCh) for all action waves [1-3]. Since both the useful and noise signals in general are not stationary then the selection of their FCh is difficult. In addition to calculate the generalized response FCh should be scaling and calculation its inverse Fourier transform.
