Abstract
Phase locked loop (PLL) systems used in the problems of generating high precision oscillation (frequency synthesis) [1,2,4-6], the coherent filtering of analog and digital signals [1], the optimal reception of digital signals [1], the organization of parallel computations in multiprocessor systems [3], the generation, and processing of ultra wideband (chaotic) signals.
