Abstract
The given working out is based on feature of laser radiation which has been found out after the invention of lasers. Feature consists that at reflection from a rough surface, the coherent beam forms on the screen difficult granular structure. Such structure has received the name "speckle-picture. The speckle-picture has no direct connection with the real image of the shined surface and represents interferometric picture of irregular wave fronts on the screen, formed at falling of the coherent radiation reflected from a rough surface. The basic investment in speckle-image formation is introduced by small plots of a surface. The reflected wave consists of "contributions" from tiny surfaces, it is possible to consider each of which as independent disseminating area. In each point in space there will be an interference of a quantity of the reflected beams.
