Abstract :
Detection and isolation of rare cells from biological samples are a major challenge in clinical diagnosis and lab researches. In this study, we present a high density cells self-assembly chip to form a dense monolayer cell array by the employment of gravity force and fluidic force. The cancer cells can be identified in mega primary lymphocytes at the single cell level by immunofluorescence. This chip is compatible with standard fluorescence microscopy equipment and possible to do cell culture after cell array formed.
