Abstract :
Vertical handoff enables the cross-domain mobility in wireless networks. Algorithms are crucial to achieve an optimal handoff management in terms of performance and quality of service. This paper reviews the existing algorithms for vertical handoff management, and concentrates on the decision algorithms for vertical handoff.
