Abstract :
In this work, we present the results of theoretical and experimental studies of electrodynamic characteristics of waveguide transmission lines in the terahertz range, determination of the conditions for the applicability of the method of eigen oscillations to calculate the modal characteristics of the metal waveguide structures in the approximation of an ideal metal and hybrid modes, depending on the wavelength.
