Abstract :
Active elements are especially interesting for practical application. Active elements creation is unreal without research of nonlinear media properties. For nonlinear media exploration a mathematical model is needed. Nano scale physics and electrodynamics is extremely different from even micro scale ones therefore models for bigger wavelength wouldn´t be good enough. There are some models for nano scale nonlinear media, for example one could find them in the papers of Mayer for connected nonlinear systems and Maksymov for nonlinear interaction in photon crystal with Kerr nonlinearity. Main disadvantage of their models is low operation speed and that thing, that special materials are needed even for little functionality. This work demonstrates peculiarities of our model for nonlinear media which allows to overcome some drawback of antecedent´s works.
