Abstract
Knowledge service platform provides a wide range of knowledge sources for knowledge service, knowledge tools, interactive tools and service means. On the basis of expounding the knowledge service´s connotations, modes and requirements, this paper analyzes and defines the notions and functions of the knowledge service platform, proposes a concept model, gives a constructing structure of the knowledge service platform, and it discusses the key technologies to construct the system and the basic components of the knowledge service platform organizational environment.
