Abstract :
Recognizing core process and critical process was an precondition of implementing process management. Through the complicacy research of process in medical treatment service, the process recognition method of multi-attribute decision-making on Interval Maths was put forward, which was applied to core process and critical process. The recognition methods for these two processes were investigated in this paper.
