Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to assure information quality in innovation interactions between knowledge intensive business services (KIBS) and their clients. Many real-life business cases show that the quality of information is a crucial and pervasive management problem in KIBS. Nevertheless, how to achieve high-quality information remain poorly studied, and assuring mechanism has rarely been considered. This article provides a framework for assuring information quality which consists of four major elements: sorts of information quality, assuring mechanism, information quality criteria and assuring principles.
