Modelling of exciter´s influence on characteristic oscillation frequencies field structures in dielectric resonance radiators

Abstract :
For adaptive antenna arrays design cylindrical dielectric resonance radiators with radiation pattern, isotropic in wide enough frequency band, are used. Solution of this problem is impossible without characteristic oscillation frequencies determination and accordingly electromagnetic field structures. Radiation pattern of dielectric resonance radiators depends on electromagnetic field structure and mode numbers and types. It is defined by radiator electrodynamic characteristics and exciter type.
