Abstract
Evaluating and analyzing public satisfaction of e-government affairs Web site becomes more and more important in developing online office and administration, which also affects the online government image design and development. The characteristics of e-government affairs Web site are analyzed and the quality evaluation system framework of e-government affairs Web site indicators is established. Fuzzy evaluation indexes system is proposed to take into account various influential factors. Through indexes system, comprehensive fuzzy evaluation (CFE) model and methods are setup and used to check for practical example. Using CFE model and case study, it is concluded that, based on e-government affairs Web site evaluation indexes system, CFE method is used to evaluate and solve the unclear boundary of e-government affairs Web site indicators and inaccurate fuzziness, which will provide solid theoretical basis for e-government affairs construction.
