Abstract :
This paper discusses about the Gunn based self-oscillator. Itis stabilized by partially shielded quasi optical half-disc resonator. The resonator is done of Teflon and is the half-disk of 2R0 =39 mm and about 7.2 mm width. Its side curved surface and one of flat and wall are shielded with metal.
