Abstract :
Traffic accident black-spots (shorten as black-spots) highly affect the safety level of highways. The most important work must be done firstly is to find out the formation mechanism of black-spots. The secondary infection model of black-spots is set up by taking the driver-vehicle as protoplast and the highway or environment as infection source based on a simplified highway system. And the approximate solution of confidence interval of danger rate is presented by the exact hypothesis testing based on p-value. The reliability of the method is validated based on the black-spots data of a road.
