Abstract :
With the information from the survey of IT system made by applied statistics Research Centers of Renmin University of China, this research places much emphasis on analyzing the status and problems of building and managing IT system by such statistics models as cluster and correspondence analysis, and gives some advices on how to manage and build IT system.
