Abstract :
For large destructive earthquake, quick response to the urgent relief materials right through efficient emergency logistics system is vital to the alleviation of disaster impact in the affected area. So, earthquake emergency logistics system is very important for the emergency rescue. First, this logistics is compared with general logistics. The main characteristics of this system are discussed. Second, operation process of the emergency logistics system is analyzed and its flow chart is given. Finally, the system construction is proposed. The main operation system and guarantee mechanisms are also analyzed.
