Abstract
To calculate and evaluate the customer cluster value of dynamic B2C e-commerce, this paper analysis the relation of service consumption and customer cluster visit quantity based the customer behavior model graph, and the customer cluster value is researched based on the method, and a case study is introduced in the end.
