Abstract :
This paper uses the fuzzy set theory as an alternative test strategy to test electronic devices that generate low level, high precision signals by calculating the fuzzy distance between signals taken from calibrated, reference, and product devices. Furthermore, a new fuzzy distance measure based on the Hamming distance is introduced by incorporating the covariance coefficient in the calculation
