Abstract :
With the development of social economy, special transportation has been becoming more and more important in China. Many websites have integrated special transportation services as a key part of logistics services. But there are still many problems in China´s special transportation services. This paper described firstly the special transportation and existing problems in China. Then, it presents the key ideas of China special transportation network (CSTN) and value-added services.
