Abstract

The short message service(SMS) of mobile and Internet provided two convenient approaches for information transmission. This paper proposes a people´s opinion collection and processing system(POCP) architecture integrated with SMS and Internet to support the information collection from different channel and centralized processing. The architecture includes an information processing center and four information collection channels , i.e. ,short message, telephone , email and website. The main objective of the system is provide a convenient information platform people can submit their advice or opinion to the government, the government can collect, process and feedback these information in time. As a widely used value added service of mobile, the dataflow and process of SMS based on CMPP is described in detail. This platform is a information bridge connect people and government.
