  • Abstract
In this paper, the research background is E- government virtual organization (EGVO). In order to provide users with the same interface for accessing to semantic data, and to realize knowledge share and reuse among various kinds of governmental resources, this paper brings ontology technology into EGVO information integration. Ontology solves the semantic heterogeneity problem of distributed, heterogeneous and autonomous data source; it can realize the semantic interoperability. However, the governmental objects in EGVO are highly dynamic and unpredictable. The information integration is changing along with the objects, thus the corresponding ontology also needs to be changed. This paper mainly discusses the changing process of dynamic ontology and the correlative methods.
