Abstract :
We construct and test a theoretical model to investigate relativity between the cognition and performance of e-government. The hypothesis was tested using survey data from governments that have implemented e-government. Result from canonical correlation analysis suggests that cognition is related strongly with performance of e-government. So we conclude that cognition is one of the most notable factors influencing e-government result.
