  • Abstract
    Risk identification of electronic commerce project is very import in risk management of electronic commerce project. The construction of risk template about electronic commerce project is discussed. Risk identification of electronic commerce project based on cloud-control is put forth based on the analyzing the insufficient of existed methods in risk identification to heuristically identify the risk in electronic commerce. Different from other method, the new one is the combination of the Delphi method and AHP, and integrate multi-round expert advice, and take advantage of reverse-strike generator to gain characteristics of the sample, and then use evaluation figure with cloud model generated by positive cloud generator to visualize control, and use it to control the quality of the results. Finally, realize the heuristic level optimization about e-commerce risk factors. This method improve on the influenced of the subjective judgment of the experts, makes the experience of experts centralized, concrete and easy to operate.
