Abstract :
With the focused points of ERP from resource towards relation, customer becomes more and more important for enterprises, which results in the development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Customer Relationship Management is a management philosophy focusing on customer. Through utilizing IT technology, reconstituting the business function and reengineering the work flow, new customers are acquired and the existing ones retained. Considering of the two aspects about technology and management, this paper investigates the new approach based on SOA to accomplish the CRM. It has more advantages to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the market, to speed up the accomplishing process of information systems. The related key techniques of CRM and the attention requirements of CRM are analyzed and discussed in detail.
