Abstract :
Ultrasonic phase array play an important part in the field of nondestructive testing. It has been introduced to the industrial field from the medical field and widely used in the inspection of complex weld, nuclear power industry, the Lifeline Project, etc. The author uses the method of ultrasonic imaging to solve the damage of the workpiece internal. In this article, the author discusses the principle and method of ultrasonic imaging, who has designed the whole computer simulation scheme. Simulation experiment data show the correctness of the imaged scheme and provide strong support on the detection of ultrasonic flaw detection by real-time imaging.
