Abstract :
The purpose of the work is: (1) modeling radiation of cloudy atmosphere in the range of short millimeter waves; (2) calculation of brightness temperature contrasts (the brightness temperature contrast we understand the difference in values of the brightness temperature of cloudy and clear atmosphere), in the presence of high and middle level clouds.
