Abstract
Design and implementation of an analog median filter cell is described. Since all transistors works in the subthreshold operation region, the system can be considered as a very low power consumption. A wide range OTA is used as basic block to maximize the dynamic range of the implementation. Fabrication parameters for a process MOSIS of 2 μm are used. Some possible prefiltering applications are discussed
