Abstract :
This paper describes a methodology to generate PLL models on behavioral level not only valid for the time domain, but also for the frequency domain, which is essential for the characterization of RF blocks. A set of nonlinear PLL block models are derived. They included the most important effects, which influence the behavior of the total PLL
