Improvement on Production Cost Function of Micro Input-Output

This paper introduces the three forms of cost function of micro input-output, and gives a summary and analysis. It points out that the micro-dynamic input-output function in the micro-environment of production systems only gives some research for longitudinal. At the base of the research this paper creates a new state matrix and analyses the production systems for horizontal in the micro-environment.
