Abstract
In this paper the impact of potential rectangular barrier upon scattering effects of charged particle on plasma oscillations in semiconductor-dielectric-semiconductor structure is studied. To solve this problem we use eigenoscillations (plasmons) spectrum in the semiconductor-dielectric-semiconductor structure. Using Schrodinger equation we find reflection and transmission coefficients for electrons moving through potential barrier in presence of plasmons vector-potential.
