Abstract :
Wavelet threshold denoising method is a simple and effective denoising method. But the traditional threshold and threshold functions have some defects. First, the traditional Donoho threshold is improved in this paper, the improved threshold can be changed with the decomposition layers, and it is flexible in practical applications. Then, in terms of the hard threshold with the characteristic of discontinuity and the problem of deviation in soft threshold function, the threshold function is improved. Making the improved threshold function is able to effectively overcome these defects. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm can remove the image noise more effectively and obtain a better denoising effect compared with the traditional methods.
