Abstract :
The diffraction problems by different discontinuities in circular and coaxial waveguides are actual in modern electrodynamics. One can find enough results of investigations in which the different approaches are used. The variation approach was used for the junction of coaxial and circular waveguide considering. The irises in circular waveguide were investigated using the operator approach and using the singular integral equations approach. In the present paper the operator approach is used for the diffraction problem solving of H0m and E0m modes by the system of annular slots in a hollow inner conductor of a coaxial waveguide with dielectric discs. The dielectric discs are placed between slots and side slots.
