Abstract
With competition is more intensive than ever, more and more IT enterprises take outsourcing R&D to be engaged in the technological innovation activity. In the condition, the factors of IT outsourcing R&D is analyzed by using exploratory factor analytical method, the structural model between IT outsourcing R&D and innovation performance is set up in this paper. And using 102 enterprises´ effective data prove the relevant relations. Finally, it points out future direction.
