Abstract :
To support the distributed meeting scheduling, the autonomous software agent should perform organizational interaction in a multi-agent system. The focus of this paper is coordinating the conflict to rearrange a meeting. We suggested extended cooperation and a rescheduling strategy that be adapted sequentially according to the level of complexity. The constraints given from the user that are inspired from the real-world, enabled the meeting scheduling system to solve the problem dynamically. The agents can automatically arrange and coordinate the meeting instead of a human. We also designed and implemented a system that supports our sophisticated strategies
