Based on the Panel Study of Entrepreneurial Dynamics (PSED), this paper analyzes the strategic factors that influence the start-ups of the new business. The multiple perspectives discussed in this paper include the motives, financial sources, resources of information and human capital, collaboration and environments. It concludes that full preparation, efficient collaboration and sufficient finance are of great importance for the startup of the new businesses.
