Abstract :
Magnetic properties of iron core for a Hall-effect current sensor are mainly decided by the following factors: materials, structure (magnetic piece shape and size), sizes of air gap in iron core and environmental temperature and so on. In this paper, we take the world´s leading companies´ Hall-effect current sensor such as LEM and Honeywell as a reference designs. Besides, by means of finite element simulation tool ANSYS, we have analyzed systematically factors to study them how influence the magnetic properties of Iron core for a Hall current sensor.
