  • Abstract
    Field emission electron source can be used in display devices, microwave amplifier, X-ray tubes, and etc. However, the electron beam has to be modulated and focused well in these applications. In this paper, the single layer or double layer grapheme sheet is used in the field emission electron source. Finally, both the field emission current and focus performance have been improved largely.
