The use of IT in the processes is already a reality, since the current market requires professionalism from the organizations in the matters related to the technological advances as a competitive edge. In this sense, the determination of the critical success factors (CSF) becomes fundamental, in order for the administrators define their priorities of information. The work here proposed, aims at identifying the CSF in the Informatics Administration of one of the most innovative enterprises of the world, based on a qualitative research, and also evaluate the degree of development of the information technology (IT) that the enterprise finds itself in. The enterprise, which is a multinational, continuously invests in the informatics area, so that it can supply the subsides to the productive and the administrative areas
