Abstract :
With the rapid development of digital information, human call more and more for the monitoring system which based on the multimedia technology. Based on such a background, this research study and design a set of intelligent monitoring alarm system based on DSP. This system, which used the strong image processing ability of DSP and matched some control module, can monitor the current scene accurately and real-time. If it recognizes illegal sports, it can alarm at real-time. At the same time, it can send packets to the user through the Internet. This efficiency and real-time of this system can satisfy the current needs of the monitoring system which based on the multimedia technology.
