Abstract :
In this paper, the 3-layer organic light-emitting device (OLED) was fabricated with TPD, Alq3, Bu-PBD by vacuum evaporation process. In the surface analysis, each layer of the OLED device was investigated by FE-SEM. The photoluminescence characteristics have a peak at wavelength 560 nm. The energy at the peak is 2.214 eV. Analyzing DC-IV characteristics in the OLED, the emitting voltage was about 7 V. It is low voltage to drive the OLED
